Hotel Renovation

Description

Renovated a standard model room and a suite at the Prestigious Hotel. Renovating a hotel room to include a bathtub-to-walk-in conversion, new flooring, and fixtures is a significant project that involves multiple steps and careful planning. 

We started out working with the GM on the overall design of the room including the selection of carpet for the flooring, closet doors, vision of the bathroom, and overall furnishings in the room, considering the demographics of the Hotel's clientele. We then established a timeline for completion of the model room considering minimizing any guest disruptions. 

We prepared the rooms by removing all furniture and fixtures and protecting any surrounding areas from dust and debris. Then it was on to demolition which included removing the existing bathtub, tiles, and associated plumbing fixtures. We then prepped the area for a new walk-in shower including rough plumbing, waterproofing, and tiling. Modern tiling for walls, floor, and shower pan was selected to enhance the overall look and feel of the space. A new custom shower door as well as a vanity custom made in our carpentry show were installed next. We then added all new plumbing fixtures and finished the bathroom with paint and adequate lighting.

In the living room, the floor was replaced with all-new carpeting, new closet doors, and a mini-bar storage area, was added, and brand-new furniture was selected to bring it all together for a modern, urban masterpiece. New state-of-the-art lights were added throughout the room to highlight the latest technological advances.
